“Improvisation doesn’t relate to us.”
That’s unlikely. Recognizing the natural weaknesses and vulnerabilities in large institutions is relatively simple. As firms grow, consensus building and resource allocation issues arise, often leading to organizational silos and diminished information sharing. Trust and cooperation between departments and staff can decrease as well. Most importantly, increasing competitive and environmental pressures creates ambiguity and the need to pivot quickly. We developed specialized workshops to address these fundamental industry problems in the life sciences, manufacturing, financial services, education, and healthcare industries. And at a base level, improvisation skills allow participants to gain a more profound, pragmatic, and mindful appreciation of their leadership importance in any organization.
